Online Training

24/7 standardized training

Arrow pointing downward

Training these days is not without some challenges. Keeping staff, students and volunteers certified and trained is difficult due to scheduling and travel. Plus there is the administrative overhead of tracking all the classes and certifications and knowing who is up to date.

We understand your challenges and have developed an online learning system specifically tailored to the needs of individual or group training where in person teaching is not possible.

During the pandemic, your staff, students or volunteers should not sit in a classroom. Work with us to give them the training they need online.

Reason

01

24/7 Availability

Online learning allows volunteers to learn at their convenience. This means they aren’t distracted or preoccupied when training. Volunteers who are juggling a busy lifestyle can learn in “bite-size” increments. This gives them a chance to digest what they’ve learned.

Reason

02

Easy Reporting & Lower Admin Costs

With online training, you can pull reports at any time or get scheduled reports for course completions. Get your reports in real-time, so you’re never guessing if someone is adequately trained and certified.

Reason

03

Standardized Training

Everyone sees the same information, the same way, and answers the same questions. No war stories or getting off-topic in the classroom. No disorganized mentor shadowing systems that leave everyone learning different ways of doing things. Everyone has the same “teacher” and learns the same way from the start, so there’s less confusion.

Reason

04

Just in time training

When new regulations, qualifications or changing conditions necessitate new training, online training allows you to quickly communicate new procedures and track who has had the training.

Reason

05

Online Training Is Becoming the Norm

Events in 2020 have pushed the need for Online Training. Before 2020, 77% of corporations used at least some e-training. But as of June 2020, around 98% say they plan to implement better e-training in their organizations. Companies that use e-learning have experienced a 42% increase in income over their less tech-invested competitors.

Online Training For Disaster Relief

Online training helped change the way the SBC trained their volunteers.

The need to have disaster relief volunteers up to date with their certification so to be ready when the next disaster calls was a challenge for the Southern Baptist Convention especially after COVID restrictions hit.

We were able to create a custom online training site that no only kept their volunteers up to date with the latest requirements and training, but also reduced costs associated with training travel and administration costs.

Volunteers loved the convenience and ability to train on their time schedule and the SBC were able to quickly see who was ready to be deployed as soon as they were called on.
